My version of popiah



Place shredded eggs, mixed vegetables, blanched bean sprouts and fried shallots on a piece of popiah skin

The Ingredients:
Eggs

Blanched Bean Sprouts

Fried Shallots

Popiah Skin

Mixed Vegetables: Sweet Turnips, Carrots, French Beans, Dried Prawns, Diced Mushrooms
